Text Expander (mac os x) now this is the dogs dang lies in my opinion, once you have got your snippets in there you can save sooooooo much time with repetitive code. Set up an abbreviation and this app will spit out the full text content assigned to the snippet, sweeet! Just think of the possibilities :) I use it in Flex, Flash, and for those repetitive email responses/signatures.
