After reading a post in thatblokemike’s blog on the SunriseBrowser for Mac OS X I navigated to the site, saw, downloaded and whoa, am pretty bowled over by it.
Slick looking, packed with cool web dev features and the alpha transparency for the window is seriously cool (even though with mac its easy to flick from window to window to view content anywho, its a nice touch).
The deciding factor for me using this as a major player in the browser division is down to me writing this post. I use wordpress for my blog and have things like Flash Quick Tag to insert Flash content into my blog, this plugin was meant to show a Flash button to insert the content. I noticed that using Safari on the mac it displayed no such button and further more NO BUTTONS for editing and writing posts whatsoever??? So onto the old PC I went to note that there was a whole array of options for links, code, etc which Safari had been hiding. Not too bothered about hand coding all of the bits but a button is quicker to bust out a post. My point? Sunrise shows all the buttons, so Sunrise is what I shall use for my blogs, end of!
One downside (minor) is there is no option for tab windows, I have not had a chance to dig thru the documentation yet so if I discover the function I will edit this here post.

Note: It may be my imagination but I swear its faster too, submitting posts and page refreshes seem to zip along
